Sarah Mana is the managing member of Moorinvest Counsel. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, private funds, venture capital and fintech, in particular asset tokenization.
Sarah advises in the formation, structuring, and fundraising of a wide variety of private investment vehicles and startup companies, as well as on the full spectrum of securities and regulatory issues typically associated with such transactions.
In addition to Moorinvest Counsel, she works with a London-based law firm specialised in the financial services. In this role, she collaborates with local lawyers to assist clients in cross-border deals and structuring, and in navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this, she held an in-house position at a New York-based investment firm.
Sarah is a member of the New York bar and the Law Society of England & Wales in good standing.
